LD SUPPORT WORKERS (NO EXPERIENCE).

EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A NEW CAREER - EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED. IF YOU HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH AUTISM WITH FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS WOULD BE VERY BENEFICIAL AT INTERVIEW.

WE ARE CURRENTLY SOURCING APPLICANTS FOR A HIGHLY RATED LD SITE SET IN ITS OWN GROUNDS.

DAY OR NIGHTS - 36 OR 42 HOURS AVAILABLE  - £9.00 PER HOUR 

SHIFTS WILL BE 7-7 OR 9-9 ON AN ALTERNATIVE WEEKEND BASIS

CANDIDATES IDEALLY WOULD BE NEW CAREER SEEKERS LOOKING TO MOVE INTO THIS CAREER OR CARE ASSISTANTS LOOKING TO MOVE INTO LEARNING DIFFICULTIES SUPPORT.

Who we are?

We are Care First Recruitment UK, a family run business who work no stop to place the right candidates to the right clients.

This client unit set in its own grounds. our home supports 14 people in the main house and one person living on their own in the bungalow. each bedroom has been personalised to each person’s individual tastes.

The home also has large welcoming communal areas and large gardens that wrap around the house. physiotherapy equipment, a hydrotherapy pool and sensory rooms are available on site.

LD Support workers are committed to enabling the people they support to live the lives they want; lives which are fulfilling, meaningful and happy. This could be day to day support including medicine, community help like shopping, activities like cinema or working alongside them in the communal areas. Other areas can involve cooking, assisting living which will include personal care and dealing with challenging behaviour and non-verbal communication.

What is the job?

A Support worker is essential to work every day to help all residents live a dignified and meaningful life. The job requires the highest of standards, bags of passion while always considering the resident’s choices, their views and respecting their independence.

What we are looking for?

For this role our client is now commencing a commitment to provide full training with opportunities to access NVQ training which can be supported to begin to progress your career as a Support Worker.

Being a LD support worker can act as a springboard to many different opportunities in the future.
