Community Care Assistants (Yeovil SS)
About the position:
Opportunity to join a non for profit organisation and make a real difference for people leaving hospital and to recuperate in the comfort of their own homes.
Our client currently wishes to recruit experience care assistants to manage enablement packages, liaise with Service User, Family members and medical professionals.
You must be able to work independently and use your own initiative, ability to encourage and coach and provide person centred care.
You must be well presented with good communication skills and good administration skills to keep daily/weekly documentation up to date.
What we are seeking:
We are seeking Care Assistants who are confident and are able to reassure the service user when he is feeling anxious or is struggling, promoting independence.
You will also need to be patient, good listener, good motivator and be able to encourage
