Your remit as a Registered Nursing Manager…

You’ll be supporting our residents through a person-centred approach to achieve their individual goals. Seeking out opportunities for everyone to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives.

You’ll be directly responsible for overseeing all elements of residents’ clinical care, while ensuring the highest standard of support are delivered in your service. Financially astute and an exceptional organiser are pre-requisites.

You’ll also be a manager who has empathy towards their team. You’ll provide ongoing guidance to your team, review their progress, provide clear objectives to work towards and identify training needs. You’ll be always approachable and someone they can rely on when times are hard and challenging situations.

Our client requires their Nursing Managers….

To be exceptionally organised and natural leaders. Positive and resilient. Approachable and reliable. Passionate and keen to develop.

You will join us with a Registered Nursing Qualification and NMC PIN, and be eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma. You will possess excellent knowledge of care standards. Evidence of ongoing professional development, and previous examples of exceptional achievements are a big advantage.
