About the home:

Working for a superb care home, based near Eastleigh, Hampshire, they provide quality care to elderly adult residents with Complex Neurological Care issues.

To include the following:

• Dementia
• Huntington’s Disease
• MND
• Parkinson’s Disease

About the role of Waking Nights Mental  Health Care Assistant-

• Our clients are seeking candidates with at least 1 year’s previous care experience, ideally someone who has worked with complex health needs.
• Shift times are 7.30pm to 8am, ideally you will work 3 nights the 1^st week of the Rota and 4 nights the 2^nd week of the Rota.
• Must be flexible and willing to work some weekends
• Providing Personal Care & Hygiene
• Hourly checks on the residents
• Turning the residents
• Providing drinks and refreshments

The Ideal candidate for the Waking Nights Mental Health Care Assistant role:

• Able to work with challenging behavior
• Have a kind and caring personality
• Must be patient
• With a Confident manner
• Reliable
• Someone with a passion a for providing quality care and support

In return the care home will offer the Waking Nights Mental Health Care Assistant:

• Pay rate during the week days £9.50 per hour
• Pay rate for Saturday £10.30 per hour
• Pay rate for Sunday £11.10 per hour
