About the Home:

Fantastic, beautiful, friendly, homely Nursing & Residential Care Home near Pulborough, West Sussex, RH20, are seeking Care/Support workers or Care Assistants with the right attitude and aptitude for these positions, for Day shifts.

The ideal Applicants for these Care/Support Worker positions are:

Previous experience in a Care setting is desirable but not essential as our clients will provide you with training, passionate and caring individuals who want to make a difference to the elderly residents lives.

Key duties include (but may not be limited to) for Care/Support Workers:

• Providing Personal Care & Hygiene and encouragement to the residents
• Able to work alternate weekends
• Genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of the residents
• Able to work as part of a team, creating a friendly, co-operative and welcoming atmosphere in the home.
