CARE ASSISTANT – LIPHOOK CARE HOME.

FULL TIME DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS

36-42 HOUR CONTRACTS AVAILABLE

What is the job?

A Care Worker is essential to work every day to help all residents live a dignified and meaningful life. The job requires the highest of standards, bags of passion while always considering the resident’s choices, their views and respecting their independence.

Full time – 36-42 hours, days, various day shifts or long days and very flexible rota for the right person with alternate weekends

This is just a small snap shot of the role –

-       Help with personal care at all levels

-       Going for a walk and helping with exercise

-       Medical administration

-       Assisting with activities and encouraging

-       Having a chat and offering support

For this role our client is now commencing a commitment to provide training with opportunities to access NVQ training which can be supported to begin to progress your career as a Care Worker (after probation period).
