Registered Manager for Supported Living Services

Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Care First is partnering with a reputable care group and is now looking for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee multiple supported living services in the Manchester area. This is an exciting opportunity to manage services that support young adults and adults with a variety of conditions, including Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism, Challenging Behaviour, and associated conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead supported living services to ensure the highest standards of care.

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high inspection ratings.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, staff, and local authorities.

Oversee staff training, development, and performance to ensure a motivated, skilled team.

Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.

Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.

Manage budgets, ensure financial efficiency, and control resources effectively.

Office-based role with the requirement to visit services within the Manchester area.

Key Requirements:

NVQ level 5 in Health and Social care or working towards the qualification

Proven experience managing similar settings in supported living services.

In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.

Excellent leadership skills and a commitment to creating a positive, inclusive culture.

Ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple services and priorities.

Ability to manage and motivate a team to deliver outstanding care.
