Salary: £53,000 base + up to £7,800 in achievable bonuses (salary negotiable)

What We Offer a Registered Manager:

• Attractive Salary: Starting at £53,000, with the potential to reach £60,800 through performance bonuses – Ofsted Bonus & Occupancy Bonus
• Occupancy Bonus: Additional £400/month for full occupancy
• Annual Leave: 32 days (including Bank Holidays), increasing annually for the first 3 years
• Travel Support: £3,000 annual allowance or company car provided

 What You’ll Bring as a Registered Manager:

• Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager (or ready to register)
