We’re working with a market-leading children’s residential care provider to find a passionate and experienced Registered Manager for a unique 1-bed EBD home in Barnsley

.About the Role for Registered Manager:

This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up. You’ll lead a small, dedicated team in providing high-quality, individualised care for a young person in a mixed-gender EBD setting.

What You’ll Bring as a Registered Manager:

• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and residential childcare standards
• The ability to collaborate effectively with local authorities, residents, and families
• Preferably NVQ Level 5 in Residential Childcare – or the willingness to work towards it

• On-call pay: £25 (weekday) / £35 (weekend)
