Salary: £47,381.23 + up to £9,600 in bonuses
Homes: 1-bed & 2-bed EBD | Mixed Gender | Ofsted: Good & Outstanding

We’re recruiting a Dual Registered Manager on behalf of a market-leading children’s residential care provider, to lead two well-established EBD homes in Barnsley.

This is a rewarding and high-impact leadership opportunity for a motivated, experienced manager looking to take the next step.

Dual Registered Manager What’s on Offer:

• Base salary: £47,381.23 up to £56.981
• On-call pay: £25 (weekday) / £35 (weekend)
• 33 days holiday (25 days + 8 Bank Holidays)

About the Homes for the Dual Registered Manager:

• One 1-bed and one 2-bed home
• Mixed gender, EBD settings
• Current Ofsted ratings: Good & Outstanding
• Supportive teams and strong infrastructure in place

Dual Registered Manager About You:

This role requires previous experience managing similar children’s residential settings, with a solid track record of compliance, quality, and leadership.

You’ll also need:

• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children’s care standards
• Excellent communication and team development skills
• Confidence working with local authorities, residents, and families
• Preferably NVQ Level 5 in Residential Childcare (or working towards it)
