We’re looking for a Registered Manager to launch and lead a beautiful 4-bedded rural home in Bridgwater. This is your chance to create a safe, nurturing space where young people can thrive—and where your leadership truly matters.

👤 Registered Manager requirements:
✔ At least 2 years in a children’s residential home (1 in a supervisory role)
✔ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People)
✔ Strong knowledge of Ofsted, safeguarding, and residential care regulations
✔ Compassionate, driven, and ready to inspire a team

🏡 The Registered Manager  Role:

• Manage and motivate a team of 9

• Ensure outstanding care and compliance

• Build strong community and professional relationships

• Lead inspections, care planning, and staff development

💸 Registered Manager Perks & Bonuses:
