We’re opening a brand-new 4-bed therapeutic home for boys aged 6–18 – and we need a passionate Registered Manager to lead it to Outstanding!

What you'll do as a  Registered Manager :

• 💰 Salary up to £42,500

Registerted Manager Requirements:

• ✅ Level 3 Residential Childcare + Level 5 Leadership (or working towards)

• ✅ Proven experience managing children's homes

• ✅ Strong leadership and Ofsted knowledge

• ✅ Full UK driving licence + Enhanced DBS (funded)
