Care First is thrilled to partner with a reputable care group based in Bedford, currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join their vibrant team in a well-established and spacious nursing home.

About the Role:

As an RGN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met with dignity and respect. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Administering medications and treatments in line with care plans.

• Providing hands-on care and support to residents with a range of needs.

• Monitoring and recording residents' conditions and progress.

• Managing and updating care plans in collaboration with the care team.

• Supporting and supervising junior staff members.

• Assisting with wound care, catheter care, and other medical procedures.

• Ensuring the safety and comfort of residents during your shifts.

• Communicating effectively with families, residents, and healthcare professionals.

• Taking part in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

RGN Requirements:

• Valid NMC PIN.

• Must already be based in the UK..

• Strong commitment to providing the highest standard of care.

• Previous nursing home experience is preferred, but not essential.

RGN Position Details:

• Position: Permanent, Full-Time Night Shift.

• Hourly Rate: £21.00 - £22.00phr DOE, plus a generous benefits package.
