We’re now looking for a passionate, experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home that supports young people with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties), Autism, Learning Disabilities, and other associated needs. Whether you're already a Registered Manager or a confident Deputy ready to take that next bold step — this is your chance to shape a safe, nurturing, and truly impactful environment. What you’ll be doing: Leading and managing the day-to-day running of the home Inspiring, mentoring, and developing a team of dedicated care professionals Driving quality standards in line with Ofsted regulations Building strong, supportive relationships with local authorities, families, and senior leadership Creating a home where every young person feels safe, heard, and valued What we’re looking for: Minimum 2 years' experience in a residential childcare setting At least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare), or working towards it A resilient, compassionate, and child-focused approach Why join us?
