Burnham-on-Sea (Rural 3-bed setting)

£44,425.86 to £53.725 p/a

Full-time | 40 hours per week

We’re partnering with one of the UK’s leading residential children’s services providers to find an exceptional Registered Manager for a well-established, small home in Burnham-on-Sea.

The Role:

Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day running of a 3-bed children’s home

Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver exceptional care

Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards and safeguarding regulations

Foster a warm, structured, and therapeutic setting where young people can thrive

Liaise effectively with external professionals, families, and internal teams

About You:

2+ years’ experience in residential childcare (1+ year in a management or supervisory role)

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) or equivalent

Strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks

A confident, compassionate leader with a proactive approach

Full UK driving licence & business insurance required
