Children’s Home Registered Manager – Brand New Children’s Home Location: near Nottingham | Home Type: 4-Bed EBD (Mixed Gender) Salary: £48,000 – £55,800 per annum + benefits Are you ready to lead, inspire, and shape a brand-new children’s home from the ground up? We’re working in partnership with a trusted residential childcare provider to recruit a passionate and experienced Registered Manager for a newly opening 4-bed EBD home near Nottingham. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to build a service from day one — creating a safe, supportive, and high-quality home for young people with emotional and behavioural needs. What You'll Do: Oversee the registration process and launch of the home with Ofsted Recruit and develop a skilled, child-centred care team Build a nurturing and structured environment where young people can thrive Foster strong relationships with local authorities, families, and external partners What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a children's EBD setting Strong working knowledge of Ofsted standards and residential care regulations NVQ Level 5 in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it) A confident, compassionate leader ready to create a culture of excellence from the ground up What’s On Offer: Competitive salary: £48,000 – £55,800 per annum Bonus incentives, including: Up to £3,000 for an Outstanding Ofsted rating £400/month full occupancy bonus On-call payments: £25 (weekday) / £35 (weekend) 33 days annual leave (25 days + 8 statutory holidays) Ongoing training, development, and leadership support If you’re ready to make a lasting impact and lead a home with purpose, we want to hear from you.
