What Domiciliary Registered Manager Be Doing:

Care Delivery & Compliance

  • Lead a top-performing care team and ensure compliance with RQIA standards
  • Conduct assessments, design person-centred care plans, and monitor service delivery
  • Oversee multiple branch sites, provide leadership to Branch Managers
  • Handle safeguarding, complaints, audits, and incident investigations
  • Support staff development through training, supervisions, and performance reviews
  • Monitor and maintain staff rotas for consistent and reliable care delivery
  • Respond to emergencies and step in with hands-on care when needed

Business Development

  • Grow and expand our domiciliary care services across NI
  • Build strong links with local authorities, Trusts, and private clients
  • Lead new care package onboarding and ensure a seamless client experience
  • Achieve targets for growth in service users, regions, and care hours

What We’re seeking in Domiciliary Registered Manager:

✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
✔ Minimum 3 years’ experience managing in domiciliary care
✔ In-depth understanding of RQIA regulations and safeguarding practices
✔ A natural leader with strong communication, people, and organisational skills
✔ Business-minded with a drive to scale services
✔ Full UK driving licence + access to a car
✔ Willingness to work flexible hours when needed

Working Hours:
🗓 Monday to Friday
📆 Occasional weekends (as required)
