Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home

 Langford |  Up to £53,725.86 incl. bonuses |  Full-time, 40 hrs/week

Headway Adolescent Resources is seeking a Registered Manager for our 3-bed children’s home in Langford. You’ll lead a team of 6 and provide high-quality, person-centred care to young people, driving positive outcomes and a nurturing home environment.

Requirements:

2+ years’ experience in children’s residential care (1 year in a supervisory role)

QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children and Young People)

Strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements

Full UK manual driving licence and own car with business insurance
