What Senior Care Assistant do:

Support residents with personal care and medication

Lead and inspire a team of carers

Keep care plans updated and accurate

Help organise engaging activities

Report any changes in residents' health

Ensure a clean, safe, and happy environment
What Senior Care Assistant bring:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care

Medication admin experience

A caring, can-do attitude

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety

Experience in residential or dementia care
