We are looking for a Nursery Room Leader to join a lovely home-based nursery in Barnet, caring for a close-knit group of around 8–10 children.

👩‍🏫 About  Nursery Room Leader

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A Level 3 Diploma in Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
• Experience as a Room Leader or Nursery Practitioner.
• Confidence in leading daily activities for a small group of children.
• A warm, nurturing personality and a genuine passion for early years.
• The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
