Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home

📍 London | 🕓 Full-time (40 hrs/week) | 💷 Up to £60,800 (incl. bonuses)

We’re an established 4-bed children’s home with a Good Ofsted rating, looking for a passionate Registered Manager to lead our team and take the home to the next level.

What Registered Manager do:
✨ Lead day-to-day operations & staff
✨ Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
✨ Ensure compliance, safeguarding & positive outcomes
✨ Drive continuous improvement

What Registered Manager need:
✔️ 2–3+ years’ management experience in children’s residential care
✔️ NVQ Level 5 (or working towards)
✔️ Strong knowledge of relevant legislation
✔️ Excellent leadership & communication skills
