Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives?
Our client, a dedicated provider of accommodation services for adults with Learning Disabilities, supporting individuals to live happy, fulfilled, and enriched lives in the Cranbrook area of Kent.

The service currently supports up to 25 adults and are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join their growing team.

    • Rolling 2-week rota including a mix of earlies and lates, and alternate weekends
  • Annual salary of £24,433.62 (based on 37 hours/week)
  • Additional hours paid at £12.66/hour
  • £1/hour enhancement on weekends
  • Sleep-in shifts paid at £74 per night (after medication training and sign-off)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently
  • Encouraging meaningful activities and social engagement
  • Promoting choice, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care
  • Assisting with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks
  • Working as part of a team to ensure high-quality, person-centred support

What We’re Looking For:

  • A kind, patient, and empathetic nature
  • Willingness to work flexibly (early, late, and weekend shifts on a rota)
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and support
  • Ideally, you’ll be a driver, as some of our services and activities require travel between sites – though this is not essential for all roles
  • Experience is welcome but not essential – full training is provided
