Our client is thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new, medium-sized Daycare Nursery in the SE15 area, welcoming families from December 2025.

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Daycare Manager to lead the nursery team and ensure exceptional standards of care and education. This is also an excellent opportunity for a Deputy Manager ready to progress into their first management role.

You’ll be supported by a dedicated and approachable Owner who believes in open communication, collaboration, and hands-on leadership. 🎓 Qualifications & Experience Daycare Manager Required

Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within an Early Years/childcare setting

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations

Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

A genuine passion for providing a nurturing, high-quality environment for children and staff
