Registered Manager – Brand New Children's Home

 Location: Doncaster (DN9 Area)
 Salary: £48,000 per annum
 Earn up to £55,800 with Ofsted & occupancy bonuses

• Base Salary: £48,000 per annum

• Up to £7,800 extra per year through bonuses
• £3,000 Ofsted bonus for achieving an ‘Outstanding’ rating
• £400/month occupancy bonus
• On-Call Payments:
• £25 per weekday
• £35 per weekend day
• Annual Leave: 25 days + 8 statutory holidays

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience managing or deputising in a children’s residential setting
• A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children’s safeguarding
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• A passion for creating a nurturing, safe, and high-quality environment for young people
