🌟 What Night Care/Support Workers Do

As a Night Carer, you’ll bring warmth and reassurance while others sleep. Your night will include:

• Providing personal care and hygiene support
• Assisting with mobility and comfort
• Offering companionship and reassurance
• Supporting with light household tasks
• Preparing simple meals and helping with feeding
• Encouraging gentle night-time wellbeing activities
• You’ll be at the heart of what makes our home feel like family.

💷 We Offer Night Care/Support Workers

• £13.35 per hour + £1.00 overtime premium
• Free DBS check and uniform
• Regular paid training – including Induction & NVQs
• Supportive management and a close-knit, family atmosphere
• Flexible shifts and the chance to make a genuine difference every night

👩‍⚕️ About You

You’ll need at least 1 year’s experience in care, whether as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant, and a genuine passion for helping others live with dignity and compassion.
