Registered Manager Role?

What Registered Manager Do:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the care service.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulations.
- Support, coach, and develop care staff to reach their full potential.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
- Monitor and improve care plans, audits, and quality assurance.
Registered Manager We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in home care.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and legislation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proactive, passionate, and committed to outstanding care.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
