Nursery Manager – London SE23
Salary: £38,000 – £48,500 per annum + benefits

Care First Recruitment is looking to appoint an experienced Nursery Manager for a reputable nursery in the SE23 area. We’re seeking a reliable, confident leader with a Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years, capable of ensuring the nursery operates smoothly while delivering high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain high-quality standards across the nursery
- Ensure children receive rich, stimulating, age-appropriate experiences
- Manage all administrative duties, including records, inventories and staffing files
- Support regulatory inspections and implement recommendations
- Ensure compliance with staff training and first aid qualifications
- Set and deliver occupancy and performance targets
- Recruit, induct, support and appraise staff to maintain excellent practice
- Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers
