Job Title: Head Housekeeper & Cleaner Manager
Hours: 5 days out of 7, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Pay: £16.21 per hour
Location: Gosport
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Head Housekeeper & Cleaner Manager to lead and oversee our cleaning and housekeeping operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in high standards, has strong leadership skills, and can manage a team effectively.
Head Housekeeper & Cleaner Manager Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping and cleaning team
- Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
- Organise staff rotas, workloads, and cover for absences
- Train, support, and motivate team members
- Carry out regular quality checks and inspections
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, including stock control
- Ensure all health & safety and hygiene regulations are followed
- Respond promptly to any cleaning or housekeeping issues
About Head Housekeeper & Cleaner Manager
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning management
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Flexible to work 5 days out of 7, including some weekends if required
