We are recruiting Night Care Support Workers to join a 5-Star Residential Care Home in Rustington, West Sussex. This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults with complex needs in a warm, friendly, and professional care environment.

Previous care experience is welcome, but not essential — full training is provided.

Night Care Support Worker Shift Pattern (Set Rotas)

Week 1: Saturday & Sunday nights

Week 2: Monday, Wednesday & Saturday nights

Hours: 8:00pm – 8:00am

£12.46 per hour

£1.00 per hour night enhancement (8:00pm – 7:00am)

About the Night Care Support Worker  Role

As a Night Care Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to adults with:

• Physical Disabilities
• Huntington’s Disease
• Cerebral Palsy
• Brain Injuries

Night Care Support Worker Duties include:

Personal care and daily living support

Administering medication

Supporting mealtimes

Encouraging independence

Supporting social and community activities

You will work as part of a supportive and experienced night team.

Previous care or support work experience preferred (not essential)

Caring, compassionate, and reliable

Willing to learn and develop

Able to work night shifts on a set rota
