Room Leader – Chingford | Up to £14.65/hr | Full Time
We’re partnering with a well-established nursery in Chingford to find a motivated Room Leader ready to lead a team of early years practitioners and deliver outstanding care.
Requirements:
- Level 3 in Childcare essential
- Experience in an early years setting, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong communication and team management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a playroom and mentor your team to maintain high-quality care
- Deliver education and activities in line with EYFS
- Allocate children to keycarers and provide professional feedback to parents
- Promote the nursery and maintain positive relationships with families
- Ensure the room operates safely, efficiently, and in line with nursery policies
