Exeter | £13.30 - £14.50/hr | Full Time

We’re partnering with a reputable nursery in Exeter to find a passionate Room Leader ready to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional early years care.

Room Leader What you need:

• Level 3 in Childcare essential
• Early years experience, ideally in a leadership role
• Strong communication and team management skills

Room Leader What you’ll do:.

• Lead a playroom and mentor your team
• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
• Allocate children to keycarers and provide feedback to parents
• Promote the nursery and maintain positive relationships with families
