Registered Manager – 4-Bed EBD Children’s Home

Salary: £54,080 – £64,280 
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

An award-winning children's services provider is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to take the lead on a brand-new 4-bed EBD children's home in Doncaster, supporting mixed-gender placements.

This is an exciting opportunity to join at the beginning of the journey, taking the home through opening and Ofsted registration and then leading its development.

• £3,000 bonus for an Ofsted Outstanding outcome

About the role

As Registered Manager, you will lead the home through its opening and registration process before taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service.

You will ensure the home provides safe, nurturing and high-quality care while building and developing a strong team and positive culture.

We are looking for someone with strong children's residential experience, excellent knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements, and a genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
