Community Carer – Leatherhead
Location: Leatherhead and surrounding areas
Pay: £14.62 – £17.48 per hour
Bank Holidays: Up to £30.39 per hour
Mileage: 50p per mile
Full UK driving licence and own car essential
A well-established care provider is looking for Community Carers to support individuals in their own homes and within the local community across Leatherhead.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people remain independent, active and connected.
The Role
- Providing person-centred care and support
- Assisting with daily routines and personal care where required
- Supporting appointments, activities and community outings
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting with meals and medication where required
- Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
About You
- Previous care or support experience desirable
- Caring, patient and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
- Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays
