Pay: Competitive rates starting from £12.21 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week
Shifts: 8:00am–8:00pm, 8:00am–2:00pm, and 2:00pm–8:00pm (varied shift pattern)

The Role
We’re looking for caring and dedicated Day Care Assistants to join our team. You’ll play a vital part in helping residents enjoy each day to the fullest, ensuring their comfort, safety, and wellbeing.
Main Responsibilities
- Support residents with personal care, dressing, mobility, and daily routines.
- Encourage and assist residents to take part in activities and social interactions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, helping to promote a positive atmosphere.
- Assist with mealtimes and refreshments, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
- Help to keep the home clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.
About You
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous care experience is helpful but not essential – full training is provided.
- Flexible and committed to delivering person-centred care.
