Key Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of care and education

• Support and supervise room staff in daily practice

• Ensure effective implementation of EYFS

• Follow and embed key person procedures

• Provide professional feedback to parents and carers

• Build positive working relationships with colleagues and families

Requirements

• Level 2 qualification in Early Years (or above)

• Good knowledge of the EYFS

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
