Registered Manager – near Dorchester - 43K - £45K basic salary plus bonus (opportunity to earn up to £55K-£60K)

Beautiful family run small sized care home under 25 residents near Dorchester. We are now looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Manager to join our team and continue building on the special environment we have created.

About the Role as a Registered Manager

As our Registered Manager, you’ll lead by example — supporting, guiding, and inspiring a team who share your passion for delivering person-centred care. You’ll make sure residents receive the very best support, while fostering a culture where staff feel encouraged, appreciated, and proud of the work they do.

This role is about more than compliance and paperwork — it’s about bringing heart, warmth, and leadership to ensure the care home remains a home where residents feel safe, happy, and truly cared for.

What We’re Looking For in a Registered Manager

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

• An experienced Registered Manager seeking a new challenge or an established Deputy Manager ready to step up.  
• Someone who leads with kindness, empathy, and respect.
• Confident in building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community.
• Knowledgeable about CQC care standards and regulations, but also committed to creating a homely, supportive environment.
• Qualified (or working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Health and Social Care.
