Children & Young People – Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner

 £25,595 per annum + mileage |  Full-time (37.5 hours, incl. travel)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable charity trust launching an exciting PBS service in Norfolk to support children and young people with learning disabilities and autism.

This is a highly rewarding role where you’ll help young people remain in their local communities, reduce the risk of residential placements, and build the skills they need for a positive future. You’ll work directly with young people, families, carers and professionals, delivering person-centred Positive Behaviour Support that creates lasting change.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and/or autism
  • Full UK manual driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to travel across Norfolk
  • BTEC Level 4 in PBS desirable (fully funded training provided if not held)
  • Psychology graduates encouraged to apply
