Head of Nursing – Dartford Area Salary: £55,000 per annum + Benefits We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Nursing to join a highly reputable care group in the Dartford area. This role involves overseeing a team providing high-quality care to 50+ residents with a range of needs, including Dementia, Older Person Care, Physical Disabilities, Respite Care, and Sensory Impairment. As the Head of Nursing, you will take responsibility for the effective operation and delivery of the nursing team, working closely with the Home Manager. Your key duties will include ensuring that nurses adhere to all relevant laws, implementing infection control procedures, and providing guidance on care plans and compliance. You’ll also be actively involved in management meetings to discuss staff and resident care, supervising the nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
