What You’ll Be Doing As Home Care Assistant:
- Supporting older adults and those with dementia or learning disabilities in their daily routines
- Helping with personal care like washing, dressing, and medication
- Providing companionship, emotional support, and a friendly face
- Preparing meals, assisting with mobility, and helping access local services
- Promoting independence and wellbeing through meaningful activities
- Working closely with families and professionals to provide tailored support
What Home Care Assistant Need:
- A big heart and a positive attitude
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Great communication skills and a real passion for helping others
- Experience is a bonus, but not essential – we provide full training!
Home Care Assistant Nice to Have (but not required):
- Health & Social Care qualifications
- First Aid / CPR certification
- Dementia or specialist care training
