Our client delighted to be opening a brand-new, medium-sized Daycare Nursery in SE15 area near Old Kent Road and Elephant and Castle, due to welcome families from end of December. We are seeking a Daycare Manager who is confident, knowledgeable, and passionate about the EYFS. This role is also an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager ready to progress into their first management position. You’ll be supported by a dedicated approachable Owner and a hands-on, approach with open communication and a collaborative working style, you’ll never feel unsupported. Daycare Manager Qualifications /Experience • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within an early years/childcare setting. • Strong knowledge of EYFS framework, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations. • Leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to ensure a positive and nurturing environment for children and staff alike.
