Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Nursery Manager with the effective day-to-day management of the nursery
- Ensuring all children receive rich, stimulating experiences that support their age and stage of development
- Building positive, open working relationships with staff, parents, and carers
- Supporting, supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality childcare practice
- Helping to identify training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of staff development
- Assisting with occupancy targets and contributing to the commercial success of the nursery
- Actively resolving any concerns or complaints in a timely, professional manner
