Adult Support Workers – Bursledon Area

Salary: £30,567 per annum + Benefits
Contract: Full-time positions available

Are you passionate about supporting adults to live fulfilling, independent lives? We are currently recruiting Adult Support Workers to join a well-established and reputable care provider in the Bursledon area.

You will be working within adult residential or supported living services, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. This is a rewarding and meaningful role where you can make a genuine difference by providing compassionate care, promoting independence, and encouraging personal growth.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working with adults in care, supported living, or similar environments

• A caring and patient nature, with a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

• Flexibility to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
