We are recruiting Night Care Support Workers to join a 5-Star Residential Care Home in Rustington, West Sussex

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Support Workers, although full training is provided for those looking to develop their career in care.

Shift Pattern (Set Rotas)

• Week 1: Saturday & Sunday nights
• Week 2: Monday, Wednesday & Saturday nights
• Hours: 8:00pm – 8:00am

Night Care Support Worker Pay & Enhancements

• £12.46 per hour
• £1.00 per hour enhancement from 8:00pm – 7:00am

About the Night Care Support Worker Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to adults with:

• Physical Disabilities
• Huntington’s Disease
• Cerebral Palsy
• Brain Injuries

Duties include:

• Personal care and daily living support
• Administering medication
• Supporting mealtimes
• Encouraging independence
• Supporting social and community activities

You will work as part of a friendly, experienced team in a warm, homely environment.

• Previous care experience preferred but not essential
• A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
