Registered Children’s Home Manager – Nottingham (NG23 Area)
Salary: £52,000 per annum (OTE up to £62,200)

Are you an experienced and passionate leader ready to take on an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a brand-new 4-bed home in the Nottingham (NG23) area, supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

This is a unique opportunity to shape a service from the ground up, build your own team, and make a lasting impact on young people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register with Ofsted as the Home Manager and lead the home to achieve the highest standards
• Build, develop, and manage a high-performing care team
• Ensure the home provides a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
• Drive positive outcomes for children and young people
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements

• Brand-new service (registration required)
• 4-bed home
• Mixed gender
• EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties)

What’s on Offer:

• Base Salary: £52,000 per annum
• On-Target Earnings: Up to £62,200
• Ofsted Bonus: £3,000 for achieving ‘Outstanding’
• Occupancy Bonus: £600 per month
• On-Call Payments: £25 weekdays / £35 weekends
• Annual Leave: 25 days plus 8 statutory holidays

About You:

• Experienced in children’s residential care, ideally at Deputy or Manager level
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes
