Registered Manager

Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 DOE + Bonus

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable and established home care provider in the Salford area for an experienced Registered Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate care professional to lead a dedicated team and drive the delivery of high-quality, person-centred domiciliary care services. You'll be supported by experienced HR, Compliance, and Business Development teams, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding care and growing the service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience within domiciliary care management
• RMA, LMCS, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent
• Working towards or holding Level 5 in Leadership & Management
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and people management skills
• Good IT and administrative abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the safe and effective delivery of care services
• Ensure compliance with CQC and legislative requirements
• Manage recruitment, staffing, performance, and quality assurance
• Conduct care assessments and risk assessments
• Handle complaints, incidents, and safeguarding matters
• Participate in the on-call rota as required
