What We’re Looking For

  • OFSTED Registration: You must be an OFSTED-registered manager with excellent knowledge of the framework.
  • Qualifications: QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years managing a children’s residential care setting, ideally for children with learning disabilities.
  • Passion and Vision: A dedication to creating a safe, empowering environment for children to reach their full potential.

Your Role

As our Registered Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and standards.
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care tailored to the individual needs of each child.
  • Create a warm, therapeutic, and inclusive atmosphere where children feel valued and supported.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement and maintain outstanding service delivery.
